Unfortunately, exam boards don’t keep copies of certificates. But don’t panic — you can request a 'Statement of Results' from the relevant exam board (AQA, Pearson, OCR, etc.)

“Is there a database where I can check all my qualifications?”

There is a Personal Learning Record (PLR), but it’s not accessible to everyone — and not very helpful, especially if your records were never uploaded. (£40 fee for each qualification check!)
